Adaptation Living LLC reserves all rights in LS‑2025 and will enforce them — including by seeking injunctive relief to stop misuse, compensatory and statutory damages, and recovery of attorneys’ fees where the law allows. No delay in enforcing any term waives our right to enforce it later. Misuse of LS‑2025 may constitute misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright or trademark infringement, and unfair competition.

They are not clinical, medical, legal, or professional advice; they grant no right to implement LS‑2025 or anything similar; and they do not create a partnership, joint venture, or collaboration.
